9th house signifies dharma, good deeds, luck, father and is considered the most auspicious house in the horoscope.
6th house signifies diseases, debts, enemies, struggle, competition etc. This is considered a bad house.
If 9th lord has gone to 6th house, it signifies bad luck, struggle, debt ridden or sick father etc.
Remember the exact outcome depends on multiple other factors i.e. which all aspects, conjunctions are there etc and the actual fructification of events happen on dasha involving those planets.
