5th house signifies higher education, emotions, creativity, mental hobbies, progeny and poorva punya i.e the good results due to previous birth. This is considered very auspicious house. It is also called Laxmi-sthan.
9th house signifies dharma, luck, father, religious deeds etc. This is the most auspicious house of the horoscope. This is also one of the Laxmi-sthan.
If 5th lord goes to 9th house, it gives very good results. It gives wealth, good habits, compassion for other, very good children, happiness from children, highly educated native gets respect everywhere etc.
Please remember that horoscope should be analysed as a whole, a lot can changed based on aspect, conjunctions and other factors also.
