5th house signifies emotions apart from many other things such as higher education, speculations, children, hobbies mainly mental etc. And, 7th house represents spouse, partner etc. Therefore some astrologer might predict love marriage however it is not always true. It might mean many other things e.g. higher education with support of spouse or in-laws or speculations related to marriage or partnership etc. Always one need to check other factors in the horoscope also.
