I am just a breathing machine

Sit in the cool, calm and clean place. Air around should be fresh. Ensure no disturbance for at least 20 minutes. Close the eyes and think that 'I am just a breathing machine'. Breath the air in. Breath the air out. Relax, no hurry. Breath in and breath out should be slow but deep. There should not be any change in the ambiance for this duration causing disturbance to your senses e.g. noise, smell, lighting conditions and temperature of the room.

Repeat the same for 15-20 minutes. Open the eyes. You are done with simplest meditation technique.

Do the same process daily.
